Your use of this website and any services including purchasing any of our card making downloads including any free products that are on offer from time to time, indicates your acceptance to abide by our terms & conditions.
The purpose of this web site is to provide on-line shopping for hobby card makers.
We reserve the right to prohibit the sale of items to customers who do not abide by these conditions or respect the copyright of the designer and graphic artists, whose work is in these designs.We only ask that you do the right thing!
The reselling or distributing or sharing any of original artist designs and digital printables is strictly prohibited. Photocopying and all other forms of reproduction is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to share my products with friends, family, through groups, email, forums, file sharing sites etc. These designs are for personal use, you can sell the cards that you make from these sheets as long as you give credit to the designer. NO mass production please. This is a legal issue and not open to any kind of abuse. If you require to use the sheets for anything else you MUST have permission from the designer responsible for the sheet.

It is very important that you abide by our terms- ’No commercial/ mass production. Design sheet must not be shared, sold digitally or other,given away, emailed to family or friends or groups,used for any type of class without specific permission, under any circumstances. However, YOU the Purchaser of the design sheet, may do what you like with the made up items.

4..You May use in scrapKits, Websets, Printables, Banners, as long as something new was created by you..

We take your privacy seriously and any information collected from you will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order. This information will remain with us and will not be sold or passed along to other parties.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
There is a minimum order amount of $3.00AUD to go through our checkout. If the shopping cart is under this amount, a small fee will be added to cover costs (paypal fees) You will have 14 days and 2 goes at downloading in your account area once you are logged in, so please backup all of your sheets that you purchase, as they will not be available once this time as expired.
COUPONS
Coupons must be redeemed at time of purchase to receive the discount. We do NOT refund coupon amounts after a purchase has been made
DOWNLOADS ON OFFER
We reserve the right to alter product pricing for sales and special offers without notice.
PAYMENT
We accept payment from PayPal , PayPal eCheque take 7-10 days to clear.
DELIVERY
All downloads are instant (with the exception of PayPal eCheque which take 7-10 days to clear). You will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order. You will have 14 days to download your items then they will expire,
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Where any Downloads are found to be defective we will offer a replacement item or issue a full refund at our discretion. Refunds will not be given where we are able to replicate the order or the issue stems from the user or their equipment.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within two working days.
All patterns and designs for sale featured on this site are for the individual use of the retail purchaser only and my not be copied under any circumstance. Card sheet designs cannot be used for teaching purposes or any class, group or other situation, unless permission is granted.
