Downloads purchased by PayPal (and by credit card via PayPal) are available immediately upon completed transaction. Visit your "My Account" page for order history and download links. Your order will not be sent to you via email, they are downloads that you access directly from the "My Account" link at the top left of any page.
Any Downloads purchased via e-Check and Check/Money Order will be made available as soon as payment clears.
Due to the nature of our business. Refunds will not be issued!
